Conceived on the 15th of September 2015 and formally established on 1st of January 2018, KrutiBimb intends to play a critical role in crafting the future of advanced engineering systems. Driven by innovation as a central theme, at KrutiBimb, we intend to create highly positive social impact..

Having worked with brightest of minds and cutting edge technologies in Automotive world, we realized innovation is all about the right mindset. After converting few of our best ideas into products, we mastered the art of executing innovation, which, does not go well with traditional management practises. For more than an year now, we have been training engineering graduates on the art of Systems thinking for successful innovation. In the process, we have evolved our training approach into Systems modelling, simulations and statistical learning concepts connecting together into a complete cookbook to bring innovations to life.

For more than a year, we have prototyped, proved concepts and conducted extensive studies in the field of Automobile blind-spot minimization, Engine Oil management, wearable technologies and internet of things in Energy sector. And now, we are working towards connecting these dots to bring in our innovations towards connected vehicle technologies. Auto World needs simple and effective solutions to their challenges and we are here to make our CASE (Connected, affordable, Safe and Eco-friendly products).

Concept Feasibility Tree

We evaluate raw concepts for their implementation feasibility by breaking down into various system-level components, required technologies, hardware / software / lab resources and IP free solution. We also come up with potential road-blocks / risks involved and estimated figures on costs incurred. Based on the future trends in the industry and market readiness, we suggest which markets to invest in. We consult industry and academic thought leaders to substantiate the certainty and success of the concept.

Realization

An idea without proper motivation, objective and solution proposal is equivalent to a wish-list. And most of our ideas are indeed such. Thus a raw idea must grow into a mature concept based on the market need, ease of implementation and mainly projected sales volumes. Often times a raw idea gets packaged into a completely different product when launched into the market. We nurture your ideas from nascent stage to a market ready product using current market and future technology trends, opinions from thought leaders in the domain. We also package your ideas into current and future market needs. We assist yourou in obtaining an IP-free solution and legal grounds to productionize and sell in a market.

Proof-of-concept as a service

For the organizations that have mature concepts, but, don’t have enough time or resource to pull off the deployment, we pitch in as PoC deployer. While you are busy ensuring your day to day business profits, we ensure your concept is deployed and tested. Further, we transfer the complete knowledge that was gained during deployment (in terms of documents like user manuals and even the team of people who worked with us as interns to deploy the project).

Timber Program

KrutiBimb team grow their own TIMBER by inculcating “Systems Thinking” into engineering students as early as in their second year, continuing until the completion of their bachelors degree. This enables engineers to broaden their perspectives and perceive real-life challenges as a complete ecosystem. Students are inducted into TIMBER program through an evaluation process based on Systems Scenarios taken from existing industry challenges. Industry is in dire need of problem solvers, they are always on a lookout for few such sparks among many graduating engineers. We are looking for those “sparkles” who can identify potential problems and address them. TIMBER curriculum is designed to prepare engineering graduates on these lines..

IOT in Energey Sector

Power outages due to faults developed in high power transmission lines in remote areas often need quick rectification to restore and provide uninterrupted power supply to consumers. A technician locates the fault site, diagnoses the problem and rectifies it. Our IoT solution offers remote monitoring, fault diagnosis and subsequent intimation to the technician on the nature of the fault and its location. Based on the automated diagnosis, technician may travel to the site and physically rectify the known fault, or, remotely reset the registered fault in case of a false trigger. Indication on loads on each of the transmission lines provides useful insights on the power consumption statistics.

Blind Spot Minimization


We have an ADAS solution for blind spot minimization which enhances driver safety by minimizing distraction. No complex image processing or AI algorithms are involved, thus, it shall not consume resources like CPU. It does not use vehicle CAN or alter the main control functions of the automobile, thus, can be easily integrated without any interference. At present a demonstratable proof-of-concept exists on car.

Effective Oil Management


Any machinery, system that uses oil as a lubricant and / or a coolant has to have a regular maintenance in terms of oil replacement. Oil being a natural resource needs to be managed efficiently, by increasing both oil life and life of the parts it lubricates. We have developed a solution based on measured Oil parameters and augmented information from internet-of-things (IoT), for both effective usage and timely replacement of oil to enhance component life. Its an ongoing project in collaboration with PES University.
